Your privacy is important to me. When you place an order, I collect information such as your name, email, postal address, payment details, and order history. This information is used only to:

  • Process and deliver your order
  • Communicate with you about your purchase
  • Keep internal records for tax and accounting purposes

I do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required to process your payment or deliver your order (e.g., payment providers, couriers).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting me.

By purchasing from Leanne Willoughby Art Ltd, you agree to the following terms:

  • All artworks, prints, and products remain my copyright. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell them without written permission.
  • Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen, due to monitor differences.
  • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary (for example, if a product is out of stock or pricing was incorrect).
  • Prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.

Shipping Policy

  • Processing times: Original paintings are usually despatched within 3 business days. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer express shipping services. Commissions and custom orders will take longer (timeframe agreed individually).
  • It is important to note that Leanne Willoughby Art Ltd cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers. 
  • Delivery times: UK orders typically arrive in 6-9 business days after despatch. International orders may take 3-5 weeks depending on location.
  • Customs & duties: International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. Should you decline to pay these fees the original artwork will be returned to us. Assuming the product is in its original condition, we will refund the cost of your purchase (excluding commissions), minus any shipping costs. 

 

Returns & Refunds Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase.

  • Original Artwork: All sales of original art are final and, therefore, cannot be cancelled or exchanged once despatched. 
  • Fine Art Prints: due to the made-to-order nature of the prints it is not possible to cancel orders once placed. Prints that have been significantly delayed during delivery will be replaced (what constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion).
  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours at info@leannewilloughby.com to arrange a refund of replacement as appropriate. I will require photographic documentation of the following: 
    • The external packaging 
    • The shipping label on the packaging
    • The damage to the artwork or frame
  • Exchanges: Not offered at this time. Please return your item and place a new order.
  • Non-returnable items: Commissions, personalised prints, gift cards, and digital downloads.

 

Cancellations Policy

  • Orders for in-stock original artworks may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund (if they have not yet been dispatched).
  • Commissions: Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancelled after significant progress, partial refunds may not be available.

 

Damaged or Lost Orders Policy

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the damage. I will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact me. I will assist with tracking and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.

 

Commissions Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery.
  • I will share progress updates and one round of minor adjustments is included. Additional changes may incur extra charges.
  • Once approved and completed, commissions cannot be refunded.
  • I retain the copyright to all commissioned artworks. The buyer has the right to display the artwork but not to reproduce, copy, or sell it.

 

Copyright & Usage Policy

  • All artworks, prints, and products remain the intellectual property of Leanne Willoughby Art Ltd.
  • Purchasing an original or print does not transfer copyright.
  • Buyers may display the work for personal enjoyment but may not reproduce, scan, or resell it without written permission.
  • I may use images of sold artworks for my portfolio, social media, or marketing.

 

Custom Prints Policy

  • Custom sizes or personalised prints may be available on request.
  • Customised items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Processing times for custom orders will be agreed upon before purchase.
